Insurance

The clinic is approved by all major private medical health insurance companies.

Please ensure that you have completed the prerequisite tasks required by your insurance company before commencing any treatment at the clinic.

Please note you may be required to have a GP or specialist referral to physiotherapy in order to make a claim. There may be a time limit for which treatment needs to be taken; we are unable to falsify our accounts for dates of treatments.

Please ensure all insurance details are brought to your first appointment to allow us to invoice your insurance company directly.

If, for any reason, the insurance company declines payment, you will be required to settle the bill and address the matter with your insurance company personally. If you have an excess on your policy or you have reached the limit on your policy, payment must be made to the clinic within 14 days of you being notified of this.

Please note that the clinic is unable to treat any family member who is not registered with the insurance company.
